Red Ribbon Week

Hi Friends!

It's that time of year again! Next week is Red Ribbon Week!

Every year, Mrs. Leone works with the classroom teachers and the Pine Hill Police Department to teach our students about making healthy choices and the dangers of drugs. Each day we will celebrate and learn with a different theme. If your student participates the theme day, he or she does not need to wear the school uniform.

Monday: Wear red to put a STOP to drugs!

Tuesday: Wear mismatched or silly socks to "sock it" to drugs!

Wednesday: Bring a canned good to school to show that we CAN say no to drugs!

Thursday: Wear gym clothes to help us remember that it's "no sweat" to say no to drugs!

Friday: Wear your favorite team or sports clothes to show that we can team up against drugs!

On Friday, students will participate in the Basketball Shoot-out with winners from each grade level competing for the most baskets. Look for pictures and updates throughout the week!
