National Bike to School Day
Hello Readers!
We will be celebrating National Walk and Bike to School Day on Wednesday, May 10th.
1,594 schools across the country have signed up to participate in this year's event. The program aims to educate students about bike safety, as well as encourage independence and healthy habits.
Officers from the Pine Hill Police Department will be riding bikes that day, and will be on site to teach students bike safety. Officers will also be assisting students with registering their bicycle with the department. Registering your bikes helps officers work with your family to recover lost or stolen bicycles.
